We will be open during the renovation, but will try to restrict the hammering, sawing etc., to a minimum...
Latest News (1st May 2013):
We are now almost finished with Phase I, building a new kitchen, 160 m2 including storage & Chef's Office (~90% finished !!!).
New Kitchen has arrived and will be installed this summer, 2013
We are now starting refurbishing our Conference Hall, all of 200 m2 (New Floor finished !!!).
2 Bungalows has been newly rebuilt and are "suites" (OK, very rustique), with Double Room and Living Room (which can be configured as a Twin Room).
Electricity is now fully installed, including water heaters in the bathrooms.
New Restaurant & Bar, ready !
